Dr Oscar de la Torre has joined AFC4HYDRO Project as a WP3 leader as of September 20th. He has been involved in diverse experimental research for the last four years during his experiences in Ireland and UK and hopes he can provide his experience back in Barcelona for the development of a successful Structural Health Monitoring System.
